Therapy for Families in Transition

Support for Divorce, Separation, and Co-Parenting

— Because Your Family Deserves a Healthier, Happier Tomorrow

Let’s be real: learning to co-parent is one of life’s biggest curveballs

Whether you're ending a marriage, redefining your family with co-parents by choice, or doing your best to keep the kids grounded while everything feels upside down—you are not alone. And no, you don’t have to figure it all out in the laundry room between meltdowns, mediation, and mismatched socks.

As a therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families in transition, I offer grounded, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive support—because parenting through change is already hard enough.

Yo deserve guidance that honors:

  • your family’s unique structure

  • your child’s emotional and developmental needs

  • and your lived experiences, identities, and values

I work with all types of families—solo parents, queer and trans co-parents, polyamorous constellations, divorced couples, and folks building chosen family outside of traditional frameworks. My practice centers compassion, consent, cultural humility, and care—so you can show up authentically, even when things feel messy, in building clearer communication and stronger relationships.

This work isn’t about perfection. It’s about creating more stability, more clarity, and more care—for you, and for your kids. Whether you're navigating conflict, building a co-parenting plan, or trying to keep your own nervous system from short-circuiting, I’m here to help you make sense of it all—one honest, human conversation at a time.

I live and practice on the traditional territory of many nations, including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishinaabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee, and the Wendat peoples, in what is traditionally called Tkaronto, covered by Treaty 13 with the Mississaugas of the Credit.

This land has long been a place of meeting and care for many Indigenous communities.I acknowledge the ongoing presence and stewardship of Indigenous peoples, and the lasting impacts of colonization and systemic violence.

As a settler and uninvited guest, I commit to learning, unlearning, and working in solidarity toward justice, healing, and land back. I offer gratitude to the First Peoples for their teachings, and strive to honour their wisdom.
