Clinical Supervision

for Social Workers & Psychotherapists

Trauma-Informed • Anti-Oppressive • Collaborative

Supervision is one of my favorite parts of this work. I love holding space for other clinicians to step into confidence, deepen their craft, and stay connected to purpose. My style is warm, engaged, and always evolving—because good supervision, like good therapy, is a living process.

I offer certified clinical supervision for social workers, psychotherapists, and allied mental health professionals at all stages of their careers. My approach is grounded in a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and relational lens, with deep respect for the unique identities, values, and clinical styles of each supervisee.

About My Approach

I believe supervision should be a space of curiosity, support, accountability, and learning—where you can show up as your full self. With a foundation in anti-oppressive practice and an integrative trauma-informed perspective, I support you in exploring:

  • Complex trauma and dissociation

  • Identity, power, and positionality in clinical work

  • Countertransference, vicarious trauma, and burnout

  • Clinical interventions across modalities (somatic, parts-based, relational, narrative, etc.)

  • Navigating ethical dilemmas and systemic challenges

Types of Supervision

  • Individual Supervision (Virtual or In-Person)
Personalized, in-depth support tailored to your practice.

  • Dyadic Supervision
Bring a colleague and explore themes together in a shared session.

  • Group Supervision
Join a small group of like-minded clinicians to reflect, grow, and learn in community.

  • Consultation & Mentorship
For more experienced practitioners or those working toward specific skills (e.g., trauma-focused care, anti-oppressive practice, clinical documentation, etc.)

Who I Work With

I’ve had the privilege of supervising many emerging and seasoned clinicians from a wide range of backgrounds.

Whether you're in private practice, agency settings, school-based work, or community care, I welcome practitioners working across:

  • Trauma and complex PTSD

  • LGBTQ2SIA+ affirming care

  • Neurodivergent-affirming practice

  • Racialized and decolonial healing frameworks

  • Grief, body-based healing, inner parts work, and more

Supervision is always shaped collaboratively—centering your goals, growth edges, and learning style.

Land Aknowledgement

I live and practice on the traditional territory of many nations, including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishinaabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee, and the Wendat peoples, in what is traditionally called Tkaronto, covered by Treaty 13 with the Mississaugas of the Credit. I honour the enduring presence, stewardship, and sovereignty of Indigenous peoples on these lands.

With deep gratitude to the First Peoples and their wisdom, I acknowledge both the ongoing impacts of colonization and the harms that the fields of social work and mental health have caused—and continue to cause—to Indigenous communities.

As a settler and uninvited guest, I take responsibility for continually learning, unlearning, and repairing. I commit to practicing in solidarity with Indigenous peoples, supporting justice, healing, and land back, and working toward relationships rooted in accountability and respect.
